Salary Range (DOQ):
- $110,594.75 – $169,257.70 Annually
The County Groundwater Manager (Public Works Manager I/II), under direction, manages the Groundwater Resources Program section of the Water Resources Division within PWA-WPD; assists in the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of the varied activities within the program; and performs related duties as assigned.
The County’s Groundwater Resources Program supports implementation of the County’s Well Ordinance and the County’s General Plan efforts focused on groundwater resource protection. Responsibilities include overseeing field investigations and data collection, well permitting throughout most of Ventura County, and development project reviews, as well as coordination with the local Groundwater Sustainability Agencies. The Groundwater Resources Program operates as a County team and is separate from the Fox Canyon Groundwater Management Agency.
PAYROLL TITLE AND SALARY:
Public Works Manager I: $4,253.64 – $5,955.69/biweekly
Public Works Manager II: $4,649.48 – $6,509.91/biweekly
